Chanda Devi Saraf High and junior College celebrated International English Day on the 23rd of April 2024 which is traditionally observed as the birth and death anniversary of William Shakespeare. The celebration aimed to entertain as well as to inform, with the goal of increasing awareness and respect for the history and culture of the English Language and the achievements of the innumerable writers,poets and playwrights.
School observed William Shakespeare's Day by conducting cultural activities followed by showcasing the life of
"Bard Of Avon"
There were other activities like discussion of his great poems and plays designed for various grades in the curriculum, which are educative as well as interesting. The program was witnessed the presence of the Mrs.Nisha Saraf, the Director of the school, Mrs. Bharati Malaviya, School Principal, Mrs Nirmala Simon,the vice principal and the school staff.
The celebration of Iconic Poet's Day was an immensely eventful day.
